Purpose of the declaration: 2 employees that have recently left Mimaki Australia have established a similar industry business (Inkdustrial Pty Ltd). There have been concerns from Mimaki’s dealer network that Inkdustrial may become Mimaki’s dealer in near future.

 

This notice is to declare Mimaki Australia’s has no current business relationship with Inkdustrial Pty Ltd.

 

Declaration contents:

Mimaki Australia (We) are not planning to assign Inkdustrial Pty Ltd to authorized dealer.

We are not planning to assign Inkdustrial to a service contractor (authorized service provider).

There are no business relationship between us and Inkdustrial Pty Ltd.
