1. Ways to improve import speed when printing from design software

Design software in which problems arise

  • Adobe Illustrator 10
    Output is sometimes not possible.
  • Adobe Illustrator CS
    It may not be possible to import some files.
  • Adobe Photoshop 7
    Files cannot be imported unless the characters including and after “@” appended automatically are deleted if the file name to be saved contains double-byte characters.
  1. Open the [File] - [Print] menu in the design software.
  1. Set a RasterLink6Plus printer in [Printer].
  • Select [Output Options].
  • Select the [Save as file] checkbox.
  • Set [Format] to [PostScript].
  1. Click [Save].
  1. Set the output destination to the RasterLink6Plus hot folder.
  1. Click [Save].
