Images cannot be imported to RasterLink6Plus
An error message window may appear when attempting to import images to RasterLink6Plus and , and the images may not be imported.
This may be because launching the tool required to import images to RasterLink6Plus was blocked by security software or incorrectly identified as malware.
Check the following details:
- Refer to the security software manual and check whether any of the following files are included in the list of blocked software.
Unblock any listed here.
- RasterLink6Plus installation folder\Bin\PS3.exe
- If none is listed, reinstall RasterLink6Plus.
- After reinstalling, refer to the security software manual and enter the files in Step 1 in the whitelist (a list of files confirmed not to be malware).
